Osteopathy Initial Consultation
Allow 50 to 60 mins
Your first appointment. An osteopathic assessment to learn about your medical history and work out a treatment plan based on your symptoms. The appointment will include a chat about what's been happening, some hands on assessment to narrow down what might be causing your symptoms and a little treatment. The appointment is typically 50 minutes but we ask that you allow up to an hour just in case there's a lot to talk about.

Osteopathy Follow Up
30 to 45 mins
Either an extended follow up or standard follow up dependent on treatment need. Treatment is hands-on and involves skilled manipulation of the spine and joints, and massage of soft tissues. Your osteopath will explain what they are doing and will always ask your permission to treat you (known as consent). Ask questions at any time if you are unsure what you have been told or if you have any concerns.

Sports Massage
45 mins
A sports massage appointment typically involves an initial consultation to understand your needs, followed by a targeted massage using techniques like deep pressure, stretching, and soft tissue release to address specific areas of concern. The massage is tailored to your individual needs and can help with muscle tension, recovery, and injury prevention.
