Initial Assessment
Allow 50 to 60 mins
Your first appointment. An osteopathic assessment to learn about your medical history and work out a treatment plan based on your symptoms. The appointment will include a chat about what's been happening, some hands on assessment to narrow down what might be causing your symptoms and a little treatment. The appointment is typically 50 minutes but we ask that you allow up to an hour just in case there's a lot to talk about.

Osteopathy Follow Up
40 mins
A follow up appointment to continue treatment. Treatment is hands-on and involves skilled manipulation of the spine and joints, and massage of soft tissues. Your osteopath will explain what they are doing and will always ask your permission to treat you (known as consent). We’ll also review and practise any home exercises that you are doing and progress them as needed.

Sports Massage +
45 mins
An advanced massage enhanced with osteopathic techniques designed to compliment a standard sports massage. The appointment usually consists of a short chat to find out your goals and then treatment. Deep tissue massage techniques are enhanced with advanced skills such as muscle energy techniques, myofascial release and harmonic joint movement. The massage is tailored to your individual needs and can help with muscle tension, recovery, and injury prevention.
